AFTERCARE OPTIONS

COMMUNAL CREMATION

Your pet will be gently placed with other pets for cremation.  Cremated remains will not be returned.

PRIVATE CREMATION

Your pet will be the only pet in the chamber during the cremation process.  You can be assured that you will only receive the cremated remains of your pet.

Below is picture of the standard urns that you may choose from.  A brass metal plaque with your petʻs name is included.  If you would like to see the other options available, click here.  Some options may require an additional fee.  If you wish to choose an urn other than the standard urns, please call the Care Center at West Coast Pet Memorial Services at 916-348-4000.

The private cremation process can take 2-3 weeks.  Here are the following options to receive your petʻs cremated remains:

• Pick up at West Coast Pet Memorial Center at 4601 Pell Dr, Sacramento, CA 95838.

• Hand delivery may be available for local delivery only (Elk Grove).  There is an additional fee of $20.

• Have them shipped to you via UPS. This must be to a home or business address (not a PO Box).  A signature will be required upon delivery.  There is an additional fee of $30.

HOME BURIAL

You may choose to bury your pet at home.  There may be specific laws/regulations regarding this.  Please check with your local or city regulations regarding home pet burial.
